FAQ

Monday – Thursday: $200 per hour with a minimum of a 3 hour rental.

Friday & Sunday: $1,500 with 6 rental hours included.

Saturday: $2,200 with 7 rental hours included.

Additional hours are $150. Rental time must include setup and cleanup time. 50% of the total rental cost is due at signing, the other 50% percent is due 30 days prior to your event. If booking inside 30 days, 100% of the rental cost is due at signing. *A service fee of 10% is added to all bookings. *

Any! Our space can accommodate any style/ type of gathering. From intimate weddings, Quinceanera, engagement parties, social gatherings and more!

We do not offer food, but we have a vendors list for any catering need.

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own. We have a rentable mobile bar. If you plan on hosting an event where you will be selling alcohol, we can provide you with a licensed bartending service or a one-day liquor license for your event. 

You are responsible for after event clean up within the rented time frame; however, We can provide after event clean up to take care of your needs at an additional cost. 

Yes! We offer every color linen, and if there is a specific material you desire it can be made availiable upon request for an additional cost. 

We also offer a variety of centerpieces and back drops that vary in style and cost, depending on what you’re looking for.
